In February of 2001, Golden Hire founder, Bill Barrett, hired his younger brother, Mark, as the company’s second employee. The opportunity to work alongside his brother and build a successful business was a dream come true. From working with Bill and other life-building experiences, Mark has learned that hard work and the ability to build relationships are the keys to success.

Previous to Golden Hire, Mark worked for Triangle Power Sports in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he was named salesman of the month several times.

At Golden Hire, Mark develops new business opportunities in the Northeast region and across the country. His greatest motivation is helping people find great companies where they can experience both personal and financial satisfaction.
